2 August 2011: Today the Ontario Police have found an abandoned black Lexus sedan full of bullet holes on Lakeshore Blvd. W very close to the Exhibition Place. This morning the police closed Lake Shore from the east and west directions in order to conduct an investigation. The auto glass on the drivers side was completely shattered and the police found blood inside the vehicle. No further information was provided.

5 July 2011: It was announced today that the Cambridge North Toyota plant will be heavily investing into improving this large plant. It is estimated that roughly $506 million will be invested by both Toyota and the federal and provincial Canadian governments in order to make all this a success. The two governments will be investing up to $141 million while Toyota will invest the rest. The government funding will be in the form of grants and loans.
