The whole experience was great, easy got a quote right away and Dennis came and install the new windshield on my Honda the owner zee I believe is nice as well and their prices are extremely competitive and better than competition.

Easy to book appointment. Appreciated valet service to pick up and drop off my vehicle, very convenient. Good workmanship. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience. I called and got an appointment for the next day. Amir arrived promptly and was all prepared to change my windshield. Naturally I had to call my insurance company for an updated copy of my insurance and he waited patiently for that as well. It was brutally cold outside and Amir got my windshield replaced and was on his way. Great workmanship, I would absolutely call for windshield replacement again!

Was unlucky to find a passenger window smashed in during the wee hours of a Friday night. Called Saturday morning right at opening time. They were able to get me in that same day. Spacious and comfortable waiting area in Richmond Hill. Great pricing as well.

We had to door service. The gentleman that came was very friendly, and fast. At the end he notified me that my coolant was completely empty and some other issues he noticed. After he left i also noticed he had put some panels back (other issues that were left over from me being at the dealership the week prior) he went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company

I had to have the windshields replaced on two cars within weeks of each other. Both times the price was the best quote I found, the appointments were prompt and the installers were excellent. One didn’t even mind my 8 year old asking a million questions. I have already recommended to others and will continue to do so.

They were amazing, from providing a quote online, to keeping their word on the price even though a different windshield was required. Polite, courteous, nice waiting area and fast service. Very happy would use them again.

My windshield cracked due to a rock on the 404 while they were doing the repaving work north of hwy 7. I called Newmarket Auto Glass, they told me they could come to me, and do the repair in the parking lot of of my office, in Markham while I was working. I met Amir, who was a super nice guy, and did a fantastic job. The windshield was replaced, and everything works well (i.e. rain sensor, front cameras). Amir even made sure to put my car starter aerial back on the windshield exactly where it was before. I would definitely recommend Newmarket Auto Glass.

Found them in a google search; they were close by so I phoned and talked to Zee and he reassured me that this was a painless and inexpensive job to replace the cracked windshield on my F150. In fact, they have a mobile unit that comes to you. The repairman, Zuhair, from Richmond Hill Auto Glass, came right to my door the next day and replaced the windshield right in my driveway - quickly and carefully. He wore a mask, was friendly, professional, personable and a very nice guy! It was done in no time at all and looks great. I fully recommend this company.

This is my second windshield in 4 months. The last installer damaged my car substantially and the gentlemen from Newmarket auto glass showed me the shoty workmanship of the last installer. Newmarket auto glass replied to my quotation request and arrived at my house not even an hour later (The quotation was on par with 3 other auto glass facilities). There is no Newmarket branch, and I went to the Richmond Hill one. They did a perfect job on my windshield. It was very clean, which I couldn't spot it.

Probably the best price in town, but they're not actually in town; their shop is in Richmond Hill and they provide mobile service to Newmarket. Nothing wrong with this of course, but it is weather-dependent.

The owner was great tk talk to tou over the phone and lived up to his promise and commitment however the technician could have been a little more professional when it came to attention to detail he installed the side passenger power window in a very quick pace bit failed.to remove the sticker off the new glass which is located at the bottom of the window and get stuck when the window goes up and down the sticker is to.low and cannot be removed without removing the door panel to access it

I had a scheduled appointment for between 11 AM -1 PM. The installer showed up nearly an hour early at my wife's place of work to do the installation. I was then called and spoken to rudely by the installer when I was told that he was sitting there and waiting for me. I paid in cash and was not provided any change. He wanted to check the windshield wiper functionality so I went to get my wife's keys and when I returned the installer was gone. Terrible experience. The next time I need a windshield replacement, I am looking elsewhere.
